Brady B-6425 label_film_tape
B-6425 BRADY B-6425 is a white polypropylene label stock with a matte finish and permanent adhesive, suitable for wire and cable marking but not recommended for long-term outdoor use.
Material Composition White Polypropylene
Operating Temperature -40°C to 100°C (-40°F to 212°F)
B-6425 Application & Installation Blueprint Self-Laminating Wire & Cable Marker • Physical application tolerances and surface engineering
Installed in real-world industrial environment Inspect Self-Laminating 360° Overlap Wrap Installation 1 Position the white opaque printable zone directly against the copper/PVC wire insulation.
2 Wrap the cable firmly so the clear transparent overlaminate tail wraps 360° completely around the wire.
3 Ensure the clear tail overlaps the printed text by at least 1/4" to seal against oils, solvents, and abrasion.
Engineering Tolerance: Recommended Overlap: 360° full circumference + 0.25" to 0.50" clear tail overlap.
