Engineered Technical Features
- This material does not require reflow or preheating to ensure printing readability, making it ideal for boards that go through multiple harsh-condition washes
- Use in combination with B30-R6300 ribbon to meet MIL-STD-202G, Method 215K Resistance to Solvents test requirements
- For material specific performance and properties, please refer to the Technical Data Sheet (TDS)
- A ribbon is required to print this material. Use Part Number R6302
- This roll has i75-series smart properties on the core that when used in the Brady i7500 printer in conjunction with i75-series smart ribbons, eliminates the need to adjust heat, speed , sensor location and mode, eliminates the need to calibrate out blank wasted labels, and warns the operator if a non-approved ribbon is used with this roll.
- If this roll is used in Brady i5100 or IP model printers it will function with smart operation in those printers with the exception that the Supply Remaining gauge on the display may be overstated. Contact Brady tech support for further information.
- If used in any other 3 inch core printer this roll will function as a manual roll
